I would like to ask about the recent change in the IELTS scholarship policy for international students.

Previously, if a student's GPA was above 2.5, the scholarship amount increased proportionally according to their IELTS score. For example, an IELTS score of 5.5 received a 40% scholarship, an IELTS score of 6.0 received a 50% scholarship, and it continued to increase in the same pattern.

However, this semester I noticed that my scholarship has been reduced by 10%. I would like to know the reason for this change.

My tuition fee has not changed, and my IELTS score is the same as before. Therefore, I do not understand why my scholarship has been reduced.

In addition, if the scholarship policy was changed, why were international students not informed in advance through an official scholarship notice?
